Before transitioning into the Virtual Assistant industry, I spent more than 10 years in the Production and Manufacturing Industry for a multinational company. That experience strengthened my discipline, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and ability to work accurately under pressure.

A fully automated lead-response workflow built inside GoHighLevel to capture new inquiries, follow up quickly, qualify interest, and route prospects into the appropriate next step.
Manual lead handling requires checking form submissions, updating the CRM, sending acknowledgments, remembering follow-ups, calling prospects, evaluating interest, sending proposals, and updating pipeline stages. This creates repetitive admin work and makes it easier for leads to fall through the cracks.
The workflow captures a form submission, tags the contact, sends an SMS, waits 15 minutes, initiates a follow-up call, waits for a response, and branches based on contact reply or timeout. Interested leads receive proposal documents; other leads move into a separate follow-up workflow.
An accounting-data automation that replaces a manual Xero report download and Asana upload process with a structured Make.com scenario.
The requested General Ledger Detail report was not directly available through the Xero API. The workflow therefore could not simply download the same report a user sees in the Xero interface.
The scenario watches completed Asana tasks, retrieves transaction-level accounting data from Xero, routes and iterates the records, builds a CSV-like output using Google Sheets and aggregation steps, uploads the generated file to Asana, and clears temporary spreadsheet data.
A Slack-controlled AI workflow that automates repetitive job-search preparation while keeping the final application decision with the user.
Searching job boards, checking relevance, reading descriptions, editing resumes, generating application emails or Upwork proposals, saving separate files, and tracking links can take hours when repeated across many opportunities.
The workflow validates a Slack query, calls a job-search API, checks results, splits and loops through opportunities, retrieves a master resume from Google Docs, uses an LLM to tailor application content, checks Google Drive for duplicates, updates customized documents, creates Gmail drafts when needed, and sends application details back to Slack.
A multi-step Zapier workflow that transforms one long-form media file into several written marketing assets and distributes approved content to social channels.
Repurposing long-form content manually involves downloading media, transcribing it, reviewing the transcript, writing blog articles, adapting them for each social platform, publishing the posts, and logging what was created.
The Zap starts when an audio or video file is added to Google Drive, filters the file type, uses AI to create the transcript and two blogs, filters unwanted words, loops through line items, then uses Paths to send approved content to Facebook and LinkedIn.
